Millions of years ago, rich marine life formed chalky diatomite deposits along the California coast. We chose this porous white mineral because it drinks water on contact like millions of tiny straws.

Carved Canyons
Over thousands of years, desert flash floods carved deep, curving channels through sandstone canyons. We carved those exact channels into our stone to create 400% more drinking edges and let fresh air move underneath your feet and dishes.

Desert sand dunes are shaped by the wind into velvety, rippling grains. We blend pure quartz sand into our stone to give it a soft, steady grip under bare wet feet—never cold or slick like glossy tile.

The tough top rim of the Grand Canyon is made of dense limestone that withstands rain, wind, and snow for centuries. Natural mineral limestone locks our earth together into a flat, solid slab that leaves zero chalky powder on your feet.
