We proudly serve customers across the United States and Canada. Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous US. For our valued customers in Alaska, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, ensuring fair and accurate pricing. Canadian orders are also welcome, with shipping costs determined at checkout.

Swift Processing & Reliable Delivery:

Most orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. For our customers within the contiguous US, expect your Maze Oasis products to arrive within 2-7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Expedited Shipping: 2nd Day Air

Need your oasis a little faster? Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time will arrive within two business days. Orders received after 2 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be shipped the following business day. While we strive for perfection, please allow for potential carrier delays beyond our control.

Handling Damaged Shipments: Your Peace of Mind, Guaranteed

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged product. If your Maze Oasis delivery arrives compromised, we're here to make it right:

  • Refusal (If Possible): If you can visibly see damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package.
  • Documentation: Capture clear photographs of the damaged box and product.
  • Claim Submission: Please send your photos and order information via email to ChadHirsch@pautosh.com or through a Direct Message on our Instagram account, @MazeOasis.

We will promptly process your claim and dispatch a replacement.
